Markus Malti (CEO)::
Markus Malti, a graduate in communication studies, is in charge of marketing, sales and new business. He has more than ten years of experience in management at companies such as SEGA, Atari, and France Telecom. Amongst others, he has recently worked for RTL Enterprises and Edel Music as management consultant in the areas of marketing and sales.

Carsten Strehse (CEO)::
Carsten Strehse has developed computer games from his youth on. In 1993 he founded and successfully established the developer studio Silver Style Entertainment, which is today part of TGC. Altogether, he has developed more than 50 proprietary products in the areas of entertainment, edutainment, and infotainment. Furthermore, Carsten Strehse worked as international sales management consultant at Bertelsmann and other companies. At TGC, he is in charge of software development and licensing/product acquisition.

Matthias Treptow (CFO)::
Matthias Treptow, a graduate business manager and BA (Hons) in European Business Administration, is in charge of financing at TGC. He has many years of experience in the areas of financing, management of corporate investments, and controlling, and has, for example, worked as investment manager at IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
