Markus Malti
(CEO)::

Markus Malti, has a degree in communication studies and is responsible for TGC's publishing unit. He has gathered more than ten years of management experience amongst others at SEGA, Atari and France Telekom. Mr. Malti was in charge of the national and international marketing and distribution activities of more than 150 computer and video games. As a business consultant he has primarily supported media ventures such as Bertelsmann, RTL Entereprises and Edel Music in marketing and distribution matters over the last few years.
Carsten Strehse
(CEO)::

Carsten Strehse has been developing computer games since his youth and founded the development studio Silver Style in Berlin in 1993. In 2006 Silver Style was integrated into TGC. Therefore Silver Style is one of the oldest development studios in Germany. All in all, Carsten Strehse has initiated and carried out more than 50 proprietary development projects. He also worked as an international sales business consultant for Bertelsmann (amongst others). Within the gaming community Carsten Strehse is a highly esteemed and appreciated expert. At TGC he is in charge of the development unit.
Matthias Treptow
(CFO)::

Matthias Treptow, a graduate business manager and BA (Hons) in European Business Administration, is in charge of financing at TGC. He has many years of experience in the areas of financing, management of corporate investments, and controlling, and has, for example, worked as investment manager at IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
Christian Sauerteig
(Marketing Director)::

Christian Sauerteig is a passionate gamer with extensive industry knowledge. With a business degree specialising in publishing, he spent over eight years with Computec Media AG as an editor and then managing editor of Germany’s most widely read specialist games magazine ‘PC Games’. Previously he has held positions with AOL Europe, CompuServe and worked as a freelance contributor with IDG Verlag. In his role as Marketing Director for TGC, Christian Sauerteig is responsible for all national and international PR and marketing activities.
Julien Renzaho
(Sales Director)::

Julien Renzaho manages all sales-related activities of this expanding publishing house. Before joining TGC, Renzaho gained his entertainment industry expertise working for, among others, Joan Records Entertainment and Hemming AG. Also, in his role as International Sales Manager with Frogster Interactive Picture AG and with Pointsoft SA, he has also amassed a broad experience in international marketing.
Peer Fischer
(Director Legal and Business Affairs)::

Peer Fischer joined TGC already with considerable experience as a lawyer with the Berlin law firm of Meissner & Meissner and as in-house corporate counsel with Pegasus Medienagentur & Theaterverlag. This followed on from his holding a position with entertainment sector specialist legal firm Blueprint Law in Sydney. Peer Fischer is a doctoral candidate at the Erich Pommer Institut in Potsdam and is currently engaged in a home entertainment sector study for the European Commission. TGC has benefitted from his broad legal experience since his appointment as Director of Legal Affairs in May 2008.
Sebastian Baehr
(Business Development Director Games)::

Product acquisition, coordination and the evaluation of new projects and business models has long been Baehr’s passion. His Business Development Director role also sees him responsible for the further expansion of TGC’s network of international partners. Prior to joining TGC, Sebastian Baehr was a buyer with the German department store retail chain Karstadt AG.
Nicolai Porsche
(Game Content Director)::

As Game Content Director Nicolai Porsche leads the key interface department which sits between TGC’s development studios and the expanding Berlin company’s publishing arm. Porsche is fast approaching his ten-year anniversary in the games industry. Over this period he has held responsibility as Head of Finalisation and Quality Assurance, Localisation and Production for titles such as Jack Kean and GTR2. Prior to this, the Frankfurt-born Porsche gained industry experience with JoWood, ATARI and Effective Media as well as being the head of Localab, assuring the successful QA and localisation of reference titles such as Battlefield 1942, Spellforce and Arx Fatalis.
